We’ll guide you through every stage of the process – from design, consultation, and consent requirements to creation and beyond. Our experienced team is here to guarantee an easy, efficient process, so you can get on with creating a lifetime of memories around your pool.
STEP 1
Design
Duration: Up to One Month
Your pool, your way. This is your cue to build the perfect fibreglass pool that matches your unique preferences and surroundings.

Choose your pool designs

Come and see our display centre, where you can find a stunning showcase of 11 unique pools, each beautifully landscaped to help you visualise the endless possibilities. Customise
We offer the largest range of customisation options, allowing you to create a unique fibreglass pool with features typically reserved for expensive concrete pools. Take a look at our exclusive features like the Aqua Ledge, in-ground spa pools, and Deckjets – just a few examples of how you can make your pool truly one-of-a-kind.

Select your pool colour
Make your pool shimmer in a tone that makes your heart sing. Select from various colours to complement your outdoor aesthetics. With thirteen core and custom colours to choose from, you can craft a pool that fits perfectly with your landscaping and outdoor decor.

Consider your landscaping requirement
As part of our premium service we’ll provide you with landscaping tips. Landscaping around your pool is a crucial aspect of its installation. It’s essential to consider factors like excess water runoff, drainage, sloping terrain, and soil types to protect your pool from potential issues. We’ll even recommend a landscaper if you feel it’s what you need.
STEP 2
Requirements
Duration: Up to Two Months
During this phase, we make your pool vision a reality in the most efficient way possible, through consultation and the procurement of council consents.

Consultation and site visit
We will guide and manage you through the entire process, starting with an initial consultation and site visit. We’ll assess your space, discuss pool placement, fence requirements, and pump shed positioning. We take precise measurements and create scale plans that can be used for obtaining quotes from suppliers.

Consent
We streamline the entire consent process for you.
Our comprehensive service includes:
- Council Submission: Handling all the paperwork, including engineering drawings, plans, and producer statements, which we submit to the council on your behalf. This ensures compliance with New Zealand regulations.
- Ongoing Support: Providing support during the consent phase to answer any questions or inquiries council might have.

Pool Accessories
We’re here to help you select the perfect pool accessories that suit your needs. Whether it’s pool covers, heat pumps, swim jets, or watercare systems, we’ve got you covered. Our pools are also compatible with any watercare system available in New Zealand, including options for salt, mineral, or even the new fresh water pools.
STEP 3
Creation
Duration: Up to One Week
This is where your pool dreams become a reality. Our experienced team will guide you through every step of the installation process, ensuring a seamless experience.

Installation Timeline
Our team will provide you with a clear timeline for the installation process so you know exactly what to expect. This timeline will include estimated start and completion dates, plus everything in between, allowing you to plan accordingly.

Preparation & Excavation
This typically takes 1-2 days and involves preparing the site and excavating the area for your pool. Our experts will ensure proper levelling and groundwork, setting the foundation for a perfect pool installation. Our Head of Construction, Carl, brings over two decades of expertise and has a track record of being involved in over 1400 new pool installations. Rest assured, your project will be in capable hands.

Pool Installation
The heart of the process, pool installation takes approximately 1-2 days. During this phase, your pool will be carefully placed into the prepared area, and all necessary connections made.

Hand Over
Your pool’s handover is a crucial step in ensuring you’re equipped to manage and maintain your pool effectively. Our team will provide a comprehensive handover guide covering everything you need to know about pool operation, maintenance, and safety. We want you to feel confident in managing your pool.
STEP 4
Beyond
This phase is all about your pool experience beyond installation, which we call #PoolLife. We’re here to provide ongoing support and maintenance to ensure a lifetime of happy memories. It’s not just aftercare; it’s about building lifelong relationships with our customers and their pools.

Simply bring in a water sample, and our experts will analyse it and make sure your pool water is balanced and safe for swimming.
